The Role:
You will be based within the Accounts team and will report directly to an experienced Manager, who will work closely with you to develop your technical skills. The role will give you broad exposure to all aspects of general accounting and tax. This is a superb career opportunity to join a professional, fun and sociable team. Based in modern offices, you will receive excellent training and receive regular salary reviews.
Duties include:
- Assisting with the preparation of management accounts
- Preparing Financial Statements for a range of clients
- Calculating quarterly VAT Returns
- Some general bookkeeping including bank reconciliations
- Ad-hoc financial reporting
- Consulting with clients to provide general accounting advice
- Assistance with Corporation and Personal Tax
About You:
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, perhaps you have graduated recently with a 2.1 or 1st class degree. (Our client will consider under Graduates who are forecast 2.1 and above).
Location:
Based in modern offices in Guildford and easily commutable from Woking, Leatherhead, Cranleigh, Aldershot, Godalming, Dorking and Farnham.
