This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Practice professional to join a dynamic firm of Chartered Accountants, based in Surrey. The firm has an excellent reputation, an impressive client base and is growing quickly. This is a newly created role to work within their Outsourcing Team, reporting directly to senior management.
The role is varied and will suit an individual with a minimum of 2-3 years experience gained within an Accounting Firm.
Responsibilities include:
- Statutory accounts preparation
- Business support including general bookkeeping
- Reviewing the work of other staff members
- Compliance work (VAT Returns etc)
You will work closely with a Senior Manager and a dedicated Partner to deliver a professional service to a wide client base. This is a modern firm with exciting plans for expansion. Ideally you will already have experience of working within the Practice sector and possess strong communication skills. You will also be well organised, with good IT skills (Xero preferred). You must enjoy a varied role within Accounts that also involves plenty of client facing duties.
