Our client is a Firm of Accountants with a supportive and professional working environment. The role is newly created and very flexible, with hybrid working available.
In this Accountant role, you will enjoy working with a range of interesting clients within the portfolio including UK clients and some with International interests. The role is newly created due to increased workload and recent client wins; the firm has the flexibility to recruit you on a part-time basis perhaps the equivalent to a 3-day working week; this may be 3 full days or 5 shorter days. The role will be varied and will include a wide range of accounting skills including:
- Preparation of Monthly / Quarterly management accounts packs for clients
- Year-End Accounts Preparation
- Bookkeeping for various clients using Xero and Sage Line50
- Preparation, review and submission of VAT returns
- Posting monthly payroll journals
- Fixed Asset reconciliations
- Draft corporation tax computations for review by the tax team
As an AAT/ACCA/ACA Qualified Accountant or Qualified by Experience Accountant you will have a good cloud accounting skill set and be happy to incorporate some bookkeeping within the role;
