This Accounts Senior opportunity in the Esher area offers a senior accountant the chance to work directly with high-net-worth individuals, sportspeople and entertainers within a specialist boutique accountancy and tax advisory firm known for its highly personalised approach.
You will work closely with Partners from the outset, manage your own portfolio and gain increasing exposure to advisory projects within a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
The office is commutable by car from Weybridge, Cobham, Kingston, Surbiton, Walton-on-Thames, Wimbledon and surrounding Surrey and South West London locations.

The firm combines technical expertise with a relationship-led approach, offering tailored accounting, tax and advisory services to a sophisticated client base with often complex financial affairs.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA or ACCA qualified accountant seeking a more client-facing and commercially involved role within a modern and supportive environment.
The Role – Accounts Senior
This role offers a blend of accounts preparation, client management and advisory exposure, making it ideal for a qualified accountant looking to continue developing beyond pure compliance work.
You will oversee your own client portfolio while working closely with senior leadership across a range of accounting and tax matters.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing a portfolio of clients and overseeing deadlines and workflow
- Preparing statutory accounts for sole traders and limited companies under UK GAAP / FRS102
- Preparing Corporation Tax computations and supporting tax compliance work
- Reviewing bookkeeping and cloud accounting records using Xero
- Liaising directly with clients, providing practical and proactive support
- Supporting Personal Tax compliance and P11D preparation
- Identifying opportunities to support wider advisory projects
- Working closely with Partners on client relationship management
- Supporting wider team initiatives and ad hoc projects
About You
- ACA, ACCA or ICAS qualified
- Experience working within an accountancy practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge across accounts and tax compliance
- Confident managing client relationships independently
- Organised and able to manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurial clients
- Good working knowledge of Xero and Excel
