Our client is in the exciting position of having to recruit an extra person to join the growing firm of Chartered Accountants.
The role will be a mixed role to include:
- personal tax returns and the complete management of a personal tax portfolio
- You will be responsible for completion of all returns including extensive liaison both with the client and also HMRC.
- The accounting part of the role will be built around your technical skill set to include accounts preparation and bookkeeping including management accounts and quarterly VAT returns for a number of clients.
This Assistant Accountant / Semi Senior role will have a tax bias ( approximately 60 % of your time) with accounts making up the rest of the time.
Essential experience in this role will be the Tax experience and then the desire to take on a more varied role.
The firm have smart officers and local parking, currently use all modern up-to-date accounting and tax technology and have a dynamic approach to providing clients with their accountancy and tax solutions.
The salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 is a guide set by Fletcher George and will depend on level of study and relevant experience gained in Practice.
Location is Coulsdon and is commutable from Caterham, Croydon, Redhill and surrounding areas.
