Audit and Accounts Manager

This well-regarded firm is looking to recruit an entrepreneurial and energetic ACA/ACCA or equivalent experienced Accountant with the vision to assist with the next 5-year growth plan. Already the firm are well placed as a highly successful firm with an extremely diverse client base – some in excess of an annual turnover of £50 million through to privately owned locally based SMEs.
The role is a critical hire and as an experienced Accountant you will already be considering your career next steps and aiming for a Senior role, perhaps Partnership, in the future.
You will enjoy the following: managing and developing a team; direct Partner reporting line; winning new business and also cross selling with existing business; love working in the space of the independent firm; are ready to take on some challenging project work to include systems upgrades; actively attending business networking events; an active role in meeting with clients to offer strategic advice; recruiting and supporting your team as the firm achieves their 5 year ambitions.

Ideally you will be resident in Surrey or surrounds and will possess the skills to forge strong relationships with clients and the commercial flair to identify new business development opportunities. With a salary, work/life balance, some flexi work and the most amazing prospects this is a super role to challenge an ambitious individual. The salary band of £65,000 - £70,000 has been set by Fletcher George as a guide. The role is commutable from Dorking, Leatherhead, Redhill, Reigate, Horsham and surrounding areas.
