Audit Senior, Egham - our client is a firm of Chartered Accountants who seek to appoint an ambitious, motivated Audit Senior to join their Surrey office.
Ideally you will be either ACA/ACCA qualified and have a good general practice background looking to work with a recognised firm.
You will be working with Owner Managed Businesses across a wide range of industries who are based mainly in the Surrey area with also a few in London. The role will involves mainly Audit work with some general accounts.
This Audit Senior role will encompass the following:
- managing the audit process
- managing junior members of staff
- preparation and analysis of statutory financial statements
Personal Specification:
- The role requires an ability to work alone and be part of a team
- The ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff at all levels is essential
- You will ideally have experience of supervising junior staff
The Partners will consider candidates who currently work in a small independent firm who may only have a small amount of Audit experience and wish to develop this area or candidates coming from a larger firm who would like more autonomy and work in a "mixed" role.
