Our client, a well-established and multi-site firm, is seeking an experienced Outsourcing professional to join them as a Business Services Manager. This is a newly created role due to business growth, and you will be responsible for the delivery of full outsourced services to a diverse portfolio of clients. The role will involve managing a client portfolio including statutory accounts preparation, management accounts and annual budget preparation, VAT review, tax returns, and advising clients on ad-hoc projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Portfolio Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, compliance, and advisory services.
- Statutory Accounts Review: Ensure the accurate review of statutory year-end accounts in line with FRS105 and FRS102(1A).
- Management Accounts & Tax Returns: Prepare and review management accounts, corporate tax returns, and tax computations for clients.
- VAT and Bookkeeping: Review VAT returns and bookkeeping prepared by junior staff, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Client Advisory Services: Provide general technical advice to clients, such as tax-efficient remuneration planning, with the support of senior management.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a supportive working environment.
- Software Support: Assisting clients and staff with the implementation and use of accounting software.
