About You:
- You will have experience with all company secretarial matters to be able to provide a fully outsourced co sec function to the client portfolio
- Formation of Companies for new and existing companies
- Working to adhere to all relevant legislative requirements to include Companies Act
- Incorporation: change of registered offices; share capital changes; directorate changes; advising on Corporate Governance matters as needed
- Enjoy extensive client liaison at a senior level and working closely with the Partners within the firm
- Excellent eye for detail and enjoys working to adhere to legal requirements relevant to company formation and requirements of registered companies
