An international professional services group is seeking a Corporate Tax Associate Director to join its London office.

This firm operates across Europe, the Americas and Asia, delivering corporate, trust, fund and advisory solutions to high-net-worth individuals, multinational groups, asset managers and internationally expanding businesses. In the UK, it is recognised as a leading provider of outsourced accounting and advisory services to US inbound and international clients, offering strong exposure to complex cross-border structures.

The Opportunity

This is a senior leadership role within a growing UK Corporate Tax team, working closely with the Tax Director to shape strategy, drive operational excellence and lead a high-performing team.

You will:

• Take full ownership of a substantial portfolio of complex UK and international corporate clients
• Provide strategic oversight across compliance and advisory engagements
• Lead on international tax matters including transfer pricing, tax treaties, withholding tax and permanent establishment issues
• Oversee complex areas such as CIR, R&D tax credits and share schemes
• Drive commercial performance, WIP management and billing
• Contribute to new business development and proposal work
• Play a key role in team leadership, recruitment, appraisals and technical development
• Help shape departmental strategy and future service offerings

About The Corporate Tax Associate Director

• ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified
• 5+ years’ post-qualification experience
• Strong UK corporate tax technical expertise with advisory exposure
• Proven experience managing and developing a medium-sized team
• Commercially aware with experience driving revenue and identifying growth opportunities
• Confident operating in an international and cross-border environment
