The Role
As Corporate Tax Manager, you’ll lead a corporate client portfolio with a 60/40 advisory-to-compliance split. Working closely with Partners, you will manage advisory projects including reorganisations, group structuring, and cross-border issues. You’ll oversee tax compliance for corporates, LLPs, and non-resident landlords, liaise with HMRC on enquiries and complex tax matters, and identify tax planning opportunities while supporting business development. You’ll also mentor and develop junior staff, contributing to the team’s growth, and manage billing, budgets, and client workflows.

About You
You will be CTA (or ACA/ACCA/ATT) qualified with several years of experience in UK corporate tax. You should have strong advisory experience and excellent client relationship skills, be commercially minded and technically confident, and be passionate about mentoring others and contributing to team success.
