Corporate Tax advisory demand in the Surrey market continues to grow, with accountancy practices investing further in experienced tax leadership to strengthen their advisory capability.

Fletcher George Recruitment is supporting an established accountancy practice in Egham as it builds its Corporate Tax team. This is a strategic hire designed to strengthen advisory delivery.

The Role

As Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you will manage a portfolio of corporate clients while working closely with Partners on advisory assignments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing corporate tax compliance for key clients
• Supporting complex advisory projects
• Acting as a senior contact for client relationships
• Contributing to workflow planning within the tax team
• Coaching and developing Managers and junior team members

About You

You will be CTA, ACA, ACCA or CA qualified (or equivalent) with strong Corporate Tax or Mixed Tax experience gained within a UK practice environment.

You will demonstrate:

• Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax legislation
• Confidence researching complex tax matters
• Experience managing client relationships
• Ability to contribute to team development
