Management Accountant / Part Qualified Accountant (Outsourcing)

About the Company
Our client is a highly regarded international advisory group, renowned for delivering expert financial and outsourcing solutions. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an ambitious and tech-savvy Management Accountant to join their friendly and professional Leatherhead team.
The Role
You will play a key part in delivering high-quality accounting and outsourcing services to a diverse portfolio of UK and international clients. This position would suit a candidate from a practice background, though applicants from industry are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare management accounts for UK and multinational entities
- Produce annual accounts for limited companies, LLPs, partnerships, and sole traders
- Handle multi-currency accounting for overseas clients
- Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns
- Provide ongoing accounting and financial support to clients
- Manage your own portfolio of clients, maintaining strong relationships
About You
You will be a motivated professional with strong technical skills and a proactive approach to client service.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Experience gained in a UK firm of Accountants essential
- AAT qualified or part-qualified ACA or ACCA (study support available)
- Proven experience in management accounts preparation
- Competent in statutory accounts and VAT returns
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- A team player with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
Salary and Benefits
