About the Role

You will join the firm’s Audit team, gaining exposure to a broad range of clients including Owner Managed Businesses and UK subsidiaries of international groups. The role offers a varied workload and the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as you progress.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Planning and delivering audit assignments from initial stages through to completion
  • Preparing financial statements in accordance with UK GAAP
  • Supporting client projects and contributing to business development initiatives
  • Providing guidance to junior team members and supporting their development

About You

To be considered for this opportunity, you will:

  • Be ACA or ACCA Part Qualified, ideally with experience in an audit-focused role
  • Have a strong academic background and excellent communication skills
  • Be motivated to develop your technical and client-facing skills
  • Enjoy working as part of a friendly and supportive team
  • Have the ability to supervise junior colleagues as your role progresses

Salary and Benefits

  • £42,000 - £45,000, depending on experience and qualification level
  • Comprehensive benefits package including study support and hybrid working

Location: Based in Crawley, with hybrid working (easily commutable from Redhill, Reigate, Dorking, Horsham, Guildford, and surrounding areas)
