The Role:
As a Portfolio Accountant, you will provide comprehensive accounting services, including:
- Preparing financial statements and management accounts.
- Overseeing some bookkeeping tasks and working closely with junior team members.
- Taking on additional responsibilities as the firm continues to grow.
About You:
- Qualified or Part-Qualified ACA/ACCA Accountant with relevant experience in practice
- An accountant who thrives in a client-facing role with excellent communication skill
- Strong technical knowledge of preparing financial statements under UK GAAP (FRS 102 and FRS 105).
- Experience with Xero or similar cloud-based accounting software.
- A proactive approach, able to manage priorities and lead within a small team.
