Advising High Net Worth Individuals, Non-Domiciliaries, Trusts, Estates, Directors of owner-managed businesses and clients with international interests, the firm offers an excellent blend of complex compliance and advisory work within a genuinely supportive and collaborative environment.

Working closely with the Tax Partners, you will manage your own portfolio of clients while helping to develop the next generation of tax professionals. This is an excellent opportunity to become a trusted Tax Adviser, broaden your advisory expertise and enjoy genuine long-term career progression.

The Opportunity

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a varied portfolio of Private Client Tax clients.
• Preparing and reviewing Self Assessment Tax Returns, Partnership Returns, Trust and Estate Tax Returns.
• Undertaking technically challenging compliance work while identifying tax planning opportunities.
• Reviewing the work of junior team members and supporting their development.
• Assisting the Tax Partners with the supervision of the Tax team.
• Developing long-term client relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Supporting new client onboarding and contributing to the continued growth of the tax department.
• Working on a broad range of advisory assignments across Private Client Tax.

About You

You will ideally be:

• CTA qualified
• Experienced within an accountancy practice environment.
• Technically strong across Private Client Tax compliance with exposure to advisory work, or keen to develop further in this area.
• Comfortable reviewing the work of colleagues and mentoring active studiers.
• A confident communicator who enjoys building long-term client relationships.
• Proactive, organised and committed to delivering an outstanding client service.

Experience in areas such as Trusts and Estates, Charitable Trusts, High Net Worth Individuals, Non-Domiciliaries and owner-managed businesses would be highly valued. The firm works across a broad spectrum of Private Client Tax, making this an excellent opportunity to further develop your technical expertise.

Package

A salary band of £75,000 - £85,000 has been set by Fletcher George Recruitment as a guide and will depend on your experience.
