An award winning International firm of Chartered Accountants and Tax Advisors based close to Heathrow are looking for an ambitious Senior Tax Manager to join their team. The firm typically work with a wide range of clients to include Limited Companies, Groups and Partnerships as well as a significant number of businesses with International interests as well as HNWIs including Non Domiciles and Trusts and Estates.
Your role
The role will allow you as a Senior Tax Professional (ACCA/ACA/CTA/ATT/TEP) to take responsibility for a Private Client Tax portfolio and have extensive liaison with the Partners within this office and other offices across the region to ensure your portfolio receives the best service and advice possible.
The role includes both complex compliance work (a review of others also) and a significant amount of advisory work.
There is no self-imposed glass ceiling as ambitious individuals who wish to carve a long and senior career within the firm will be encouraged to develop here.
You will also be involved in some interesting projects covering all areas of private client tax to include some clients with complex tax affairs to include HNWIs, non UK domiciles individuals, trust and estates as well as Directors of successful businesses - offering complex compliance and advisory solutions. There will certainly be plenty of chance to identify new tax planning opportunities both from existing clients within the firm and also to bring on board new clients to the firm.
The Person
Ideally as a Qualified CTA it is envisaged you will have been working for the last five years in a pure Tax role and have experience of supervising more junior staff. You will certainly be used to Complex Compliance work and will have experience of Advisory projects also. You will wish to develop not just at this level however also beyond and enjoy working with a real degree of autonomy in an inclusive environment.
