This independent firm of Chartered Accountants seek a Qualified or perhaps Senior Part Qualified ACA or ACCA Accountant to join their team in Redhill on a fixed term contract. It is envisaged that the term of the contract will be between six and twelve months. There is some flexibility on the working hours, however it is preferred that the post will be full time equivalent or close to that. Applications are also welcomed from experienced accountants (QBE) requiring Part Time hours.
Reporting to the Partners, you will enjoy a varied role with plenty of autonomy and join a highly motivated team. The clients are typically local SME businesses that cover a wide range of industry sectors.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Statutory accounts preparation
- Production of monthly management accounts
- Preparing both corporate and personal tax returns
- Dealing with client queries and advising accordingly
- Assisting with the development of junior team members and reviewing their work

To secure this role you will ideally an ACA or ACCA Qualified Accountant and must have previous experience of working within Practice. Being a car owner is also essential. Previous exposure to IRIS systems would also be advantageous.
