We are seeking an exceptional ACA (or equivalent) Qualified Senior Accountant, for a senior role in a highly respected firm of Accountants and Advisors. This firm works with clients across all sectors ranging from private individuals to Ultra High-Net-Worth individuals and Owner-Managed-Businesses, and Listed Corporate Groups.
You will enjoy a key position within this fast-growing team and you will provide a high-quality service to the department’s client base. This will include onboarding new clients, advising new clients on their needs, devising bespoke and tailored solutions; accurate and timely preparation of client statutory accounts and management accounts; assisting the department in growing its inward investment client portfolio; being part of a team of expert advisors who build bespoke solutions across a range of disciplines, according to client needs, from simply preparing annual statutory accounts to a more comprehensive fully bespoke payroll or taxation solution.
The successful candidate is likely to be an accountant with experience within a large or Mid-Tier Practice and will be skilled at mentoring, supervising and training junior staff in the team and communicating and dealing with clients and colleagues professionally and courteously.
The role may suit an accountant moving from The Big 4 or Top 10, relocating from London to work in the Epsom area, or even an individual who moved into Industry and now seeks an interesting technical role back in Practice with plenty of scope for development.
The salary band of £50,000 - £55,000 is a guide set by Fletcher George and will depend on the level of qualification and relevant experience. The varied benefits include hybrid working, income protection, life cover, generous pension etc.
