Audit & Accounts Senior Manager
Our client is a privately owned firm of Chartered Accountants. They are seeking an entrepreneurial ACA or ACCA Qualified Audit and Accounts professional who is looking for a Senior Manager role with lots of autonomy to take over a complete client portfolio.
Candidate Profile
The client is looking to recruit a client facing Audit professional with a strong desire to move forward to Partnership.
The candidate will be a career driven ACA or ACCA Qualified with some relevant years of Post Qualifying Experience. This will be a great position for a candidate who really wishes to grab this opportunity with both hands.
You must enjoy client facing work and be comfortable to organise and carry out new client meetings and attend relevant events.
About the Role
The role will initially be that of Client Senior Manager with a defined plan to a Partnership opportunity. This role presents genuine future promotion opportunities and is a key position within the firm.
The role will include preparation of Financial Statements, Tax and some Advisory and Project work as required with the portfolio of clients. There will be several significant Audits with some of the clients being a significant size so planning through to completion for sign off and advising clients of recommendations.
As part of a local business community, you will be proactive in attending networking events – which of course during these times may be held on Zoom or Microsoft Teams. It is critical to the firm that you are so much more than an Accountant or Auditor – you must really enjoy working with the clients as a trusted advisor.
