This well-established and independent firm works with a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses, private clients, charities and LLPs across Surrey and the surrounding areas.
The team is recognised for its professional yet supportive culture and has a strong track record in training and developing ACA and ACCA trainees, to which the new Senior Audit Manager will actively contribute.

The Role
As Senior Audit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the practice and have the chance to shape this new position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and review audits for a portfolio of privately owned businesses
- Prepare and review statutory accounts under FRS102 and FRS105
- Supervise, coach and develop a small audit team
- Build strong client relationships and deliver post-audit review meetings alongside the Partners
- Contribute to the firm’s advisory services and overall strategic direction
Career Development
- Work closely with the Partners to progress towards RI status and a Practising Certificate
- Exposure to a broad client base and advisory projects
- Long-term opportunity to develop as a future General Practitioner within the firm
About You
- ACA / ACCA qualified with recent audit and accounts experience in practice
- Ambitious and keen to become a key decision-maker within a local firm
- Strong technical knowledge across audit, statutory accounts and FRS102/105
- Confident in supervising and mentoring junior team members
- Tech-savvy, ideally with experience using Xero or other cloud-based systems
- Enjoy building relationships with a diverse client portfolio
