Senior Manager, £65,000 - £75,000 + Benefits to include hybrid working

The Role:

As a Senior Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of clients, providing a full range of accounting services including financial statements, management accounts, and tax advice. You will:

Build strong relationships with clients
Lead client meetings and offer financial and commercial insights to help keep the clients’ business safe and achieve growth .
Mentor and develop junior team members many of whom are active studiers.
Identify opportunities to help the firm grow by winning new business.

Requirements:

Experience in a supervisory role within an accountancy practice.
ACA or ACCA qualified or the equivalent.
Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS 102 and FRS 105) and tax.
Proven experience managing client portfolios and delivering high client satisfaction.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with a proactive, client-focused mindset.
