The Role – Senior Manager
- Manage and grow a personal portfolio of complex clients
- Oversee corporation tax and high-level client work
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Review work for quality, compliance and best practice
- Support business and personal tax planning where appropriate
- Drive efficiency, profitability, and process improvement
- Contribute to strategic planning and business growth
Leadership & Team Responsibilities
- Support and develop Team Leaders and staff
- Assist with workflow planning, training, and recruitment
- Oversee WIP, fee reviews, and operational support
About You
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Practice experience essential
- CTA or ATT is advantageous, although not required
- Strong client relationship and leadership skills
- Commercially minded, organised, and proactive
