Corporate Tax Manager, Woking. Flexible working / Part Time or Full Time
Our client is an independent and successful firm of Chartered Accountants based in Surrey.
The firm boast an impressive client base with a diverse tax portfolio which include both HNWIs and Directors of entrepreneurial Owner Managed Businesses, spanning Surrey and London and some with international interests.
The firm pride themselves on being client facing and work with a high degree of autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
As the Corporate Tax Manager, you will work with and manage a portfolio of clients and advise them on matters such as:
- Shareholder remuneration
- Entrepreneurial relief
- Company Restructuring and Sale
You will also:
- Complete the more complex tax returns
- Identify tax planning opportunities
- Work closely with the Private Client team
Knowledge and Experience
Ideally, you will be a Qualified Chartered Tax Advisor however applications are also welcome from ACA or ACCA Qualified Accountants or the equivalent, who wish to complete their CTA moving forward.
We are looking for a Tax Manager who enjoys extensive client liaison and can work with a high degree of autonomy.

Location
This position is based in Woking, Surrey and is commutable from Guildford, Leatherhead, Kingston and surrounding areas.
